Job Overview

Reporting into the Head of Brand & Communications, you’ll work with team members and key stakeholders across the business to develop a programme that will ensure that our customers feel part of a community that enhances their experience and in return see tangible value from being part of it. You will play a crucial part in building strong relationships with our customers, sharing their stories, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving brand loyalty through marketing campaigns and events.    

What You Will Do

  • Deliver a regular customer communications programme to strengthen customer retention and grow spend through the customer lifecycle. 
  • Promote customer go-lives, new wins internally and externally with particular focus on social media channels. 
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the customer focused user events (online and face to face). 
  • Implement programs, processes and tools to increase engagement between customers and System C to drive value and support cross-sell and up-sell campaigns executed by the demand generation team. 
  • Introduce a customer advocacy programme to increase advocacy across our business, to include developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.  
  • Support the measurement of programme effectiveness through generation of regular reports.   
  • Work closely with key stakeholders including Account Management, Product Management and support to ensure an integrated communication programme across the group.  
  • Develop a community platform for use across the System C user community to support communications and engagement. 

Requirements    

  • Strong written and verbal skills, with practical experience of writing marketing content. 
  • Excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills. 
  • The ability to deliver projects and results within set timescales. 
  • Confident liaising with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally 
  • Positive and proactive attitude. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality. 
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of a team.
