What will I be doing?
As a Deployments Engineer you will play a vital role in helping our clients get our systems up and running, whilst also being there to support with vital BAU upgrades and updates. This role will give you the opportunity to work across our social care and education products, you will liaise with customers to help ensure that go-lives run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. The role of Deployments Engineer involves investigating any issues in a post-upgrade environment and working with both internal and external IT teams to ensure full access and compatibility with any other systems used.
What are we looking for?
To be a successful Deployment Engineer you should have:
Previous experience of working with public sector or local authority clients would be beneficial, as would familiarity with cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure.
