What will I be doing?
As a Support Analyst you will provide expert service desk to service desk support for our clients, ensuring that any issues with our clinical software are investigated and remedied as efficiently as possible. You will use your initiative to process and prioritise faults, working with product and development teams across the business to fix more complex problems. As one of our Support Analysts you will use your SQL skills to interrogate databases and examine the logs that sit in the back end of our leading solutions.
What are we looking for?
To be a successful Support Analyst you should have:
Experience of working with JIRA or Confluence and Microsoft Azure skills would be advantageous.

Please note that this role will involve an element of on-call work and quarterly visits to our offices in either Leeds, Liverpool or Oxford dependent where you are based.
