The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven individual to help us define, execute, measure and refine an effective marketing strategy for our social care and education division. You’ll deliver high quality, results-focused marketing campaigns delivering qualified sales leads, building pipeline for the sales team.
You will need strong analytical skills and out of the box thinking to deliver creative marketing campaigns and will act as a role model for the rest of the team. You will be working at a strategic level as well as executing campaigns to ensure our marketing and revenue targets are achieved.

The day-to-day
  • Take accountability for demand generation targets and revenue contribution for social care and education.
  • Produce, own, execute and report on the marketing plan.
  • Create and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that are aligned to the personas and sector.
  • Develop ABM programs to successfully engage target accounts and move them effectively through the buyer journey.
  • Be a brand ambassador for marketing and drive consistency and high standards across our business.
  • Work closely with the wider social care and education team including sales, product management and subject matter experts.
Skills and experience we look for:
You will thrive in this position if you enjoy being part of a newly formed team where you can contribute ideas and help shape the marketing plan for the social care and education sector.
  • Experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in the Social Care or UK Public Sector.
  • Proven track record of campaign management and demand generation.
  • Experience in running 1:1 ABM programs.
  • Experience of using marketing tech such as Marketo and Salesforce (or similar).
Soft skills:
  • A strategic thinker, someone who understands how to drive revenue through marketing.
  • You will enjoy being an internal brand ambassador for marketing and showcase the capabilities of the team.
  • You will help move the department into a more proactive mindset where the business come to us as strategic partners.
  • Someone who keeps up to date on current trends within the marketing space.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Hybrid working: 1 day a week in our Leeds office.
Ability to work away from home and willingness to travel will be required at times to attend UK wide events.
