What will I be doing?

As a Product Support Specialist at System C, your role will involve liaising between our Application Support and Products Teams to ensure issues identified during major software releases and UAT are remedied. When product-related queries are raised via Jira, you’ll work across the Liquidlogic suite with App Support colleagues to deliver efficient and high-quality service to our clients. The Product Support Specialist roles offers an excellent opportunity to rotate into our Professional Services team; you’ll gain hands-on implementation experience that will assist in building your product knowledge.

What are we looking for?

To be a successful Product Support Specialist you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with SQL and T-SQL queries
  • An understanding of Jira and Confluence
  • A knack for thinking outside the box and problem solving
  • The ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Great organisational skills
