The Junior Sales and Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting our sales and operations teams in achieving their goals and objectives. This role is designed for individuals who are driven, eager to learn, and committed to delivering exceptional results. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced professionals, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales and operations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing customer inquiries. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives.

2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data and performance metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to provide insights to sales leadership and support decision-making.

3. Sales Process Optimisation: Assist in the documentation and optimisation of sales processes and procedures. Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Support the management of customer relationships, including maintaining customer records, tracking customer interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries and requests.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to support sales and operations initiatives. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and coordination.

6. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge in sales and operations. Take initiative in seeking learning opportunities and actively contribute to personal and professional growth.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business software applications
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales and operations role

This role is part of System C's Early Careers Programme and will include 6 monthly pay reviews.
