The Role: We are looking for an experienced Application Support Team Leader who will take charge of the team dedicated to support the use of the Liquidlogic Social Services and Case Management software. You will oversee the team’s operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues, while also managing customer escalations with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage an Application Support team
  • Triage and assign tickets to appropriate team members
  • Ensure efficient workload management and prioritisation of tasks
  • Perform line management duties including leave requests, annual reviews, and performance evaluations
  • Collaborate with Liquidlogic Application Support Engineers to resolve complex issues
  • Analyse team workload to identify and address high-volume problems
  • Provide training and support to team members, answering questions and handling requests
  • Manage customer escalations to ensure high-priority issues are resolved swiftly
  • Facilitate smooth project handovers from the Implementation team and arrange dedicated resources as needed
  • Interact with various internal departments to assist in issue resolution
  • Maintain overall ownership of JIRA customer calls

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong technical understanding and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in prioritising and executing tasks
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with Liquidlogic products
  • Proficiency in SQL Server and writing SQL/T-SQL queries
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
