What will I be doing?
As our Social Care Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers optimise the use of our solutions and maintain excellent compliance levels via thorough system health checks. You will look at CQC and Ofsted reports to identify areas for improvement or opportunities to up-sell additional functionality. In your role as Social Care Consultant, you’ll liaise with product teams and our sales function whilst advising on potential hot fixes. An important part of this role will be carrying out gap analysis when we look to enter new legislative markets, working to ensure that our solutions remain compliant.

Any previous experience with System C products would be advantageous, as would being a registered social worker. Although this role is Leeds based, it will involve an element of travel that could be national and/or international.
