Role Overview:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a knack for providing exceptional candidate and hiring manager support. In this role, you will be pivotal in enhancing our recruitment experience and ensuring seamless process management. Your responsibilities will include coordinating interviews, managing job postings, maintaining candidate data, and supporting the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm interviews, ensuring all parties are well-informed.
  • Respond to candidate inquiries and update profiles with essential information.
  • Support the team with data reporting and ensure compliance with recruitment governance.
  • Create and manage job requisitions in the ATS, upload documents, and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee the assessment process, including rescheduling and managing non-standard assessments.
  • Handle the talent team’s inbox and manage purchase orders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success in a similar administrative role, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a charismatic personality.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a self-motivated attitude.
  • Experience with Workday would be beneficial.
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools is a plus, but not essential.
