System C, is a market leading software company providing solutions within the Health, Social Care and Education sectors. We are looking for new Entry Level talent to join our IT team which supports both our colleagues and our customers.
Are you passionate about technology and enjoy solving technical issues? In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth IT operations by providing top-notch technical support, assisting end-users, and deploying hardware and software across the organisation.
As an Associate Support Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve troubleshooting hardware and software problems, responding to help desk tickets, and delivering excellent customer service to our users. You’ll be installing and configuring desktop operating systems, managing user accounts, and ensuring our IT infrastructure runs efficiently.
Your role will also include assisting in the deployment of laptops and mobile devices, maintaining accurate documentation of IT assets, and generating reports on support activities. Collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with other IT teams to resolve technical issues and participate in ongoing training programmes to further develop your skills.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a great communicator, and eager to learn. If you enjoy tackling challenges and helping others with their IT needs, this could be the perfect role for you!
We have put together a 2-year programme with 6-month milestones that starts by laying down the technical foundations then builds on that foundation with more technical skills whilst deepening of your knowledge.
