The Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Implementation Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of two critical software implementation projects: Salesforce CRM and Netsuite ERP. You will bring your extensive experience in successfully managing CRM/ERP implementations, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timescales and quality benchmarks. Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Projects, you will collaborate with key business functions to ensure the successful deployment of these systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a multi-skilled delivery team on the implementation of Salesforce and Netsuite, including necessary integrations.
  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from defining the project vision to deployment, while ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Employ best practices in business change and project management methodologies to keep projects on track.
  • Act as the key point of contact for project stakeholders and serve as a liaison with client subject matter experts.
  • Oversee the development of test strategies and manage QA teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with business teams, software engineers, testers, and vendors.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering complex software implementation projects, particularly CRM/ERP systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management governance, Agile methodologies, and quality assurance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple project teams across distributed locations.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to achieving successful outcomes.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Office 365, and MS Project.
