Description

The People and Programmes Partner is responsible for partnering with HR Business Partners and people managers to drive employee relations, roll out all people programme, and other people and organisation initiatives. The role involves preparing data, executing actions from workforce plans, and attending meetings to support people management processes. The People and Programmes Partner ensures that the operational aspects of people programs are effectively managed and aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals.

This role will also have specific responsibilities around the design and execution of our annual processes for compensation and benefits and provides a real opportunity to develop deep subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Relations: Partner with the HR Business partners and people managers to address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
  2. Workforce Planning: Assist in preparing data and executing actions derived from the workforce plan in collaboration with HR Business partners, senior management and finance.
  3. Hiring Process: Active stakeholder in the hiring of all people manager roles. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of hiring activities.
  4. Onboarding: Work with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to create and manage onboarding processes tailored to the needs of new hires.
  5. Program Management: Lead and support various people programs across the organisation, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time and meet the strategic objectives.
  6. Data Management: Collect and analyze HR data to provide insights for decision-making, ensuring accurate reporting for workforce planning and program management.
  7. People Manager Engagement: Partner with the People and Programme Partners to design, implement and measure a People Manager engagement, providing timely information and guidance to this community.
  8. Compensation and Benefits: Partner with the COE lead to design and run the annual compensation and benefits process ensuring that they are free from bias.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience as a people partner or compensation and benefits specialist.
  • Strong understanding of employee relations, workforce planning, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
  • Strong data management and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
