Description
System C is at the forefront of transforming healthcare with technology, and we’re establishing a dedicated Upgrades team to streamline the process of delivering timely software updates to our customers. As we continue to innovate, we’re looking for a dynamic Software Upgrade Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers benefit from the latest software features with minimal disruption.
The Role:
As a Software Upgrade Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and execution of software upgrades across our customer base. This role is crucial in ensuring that upgrades are delivered on time and with the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Head of Software Upgrades, product teams, and our valued customers to ensure a seamless upgrade process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating upgrade activities, communicating schedules and plans to customers, and providing support throughout the upgrade process. You will also be instrumental in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

An understanding of software development lifecycles and release management will be essential. Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude are key traits that will help you thrive in our dynamic environment. Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays, is required.
