This role is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Location – Remote, with ability to travel regularly to key offices (Leeds, Stratford, and Oxford).

About the Role:

We are looking for a marketing leader to join our Marketing function on a 12-month full-time contract. In this busy role, you will be responsible for the execution of our brand and communications strategy. You will be the major custodian of our brand, and accountable for achieving a consistent brand experience across everything we do. You will also be accountable for planning, managing, and executing on our communication and events programmes driving engagement and awareness across health and social care markets. A key deliverable is our main user conference which is scheduled for May 2025. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in ensuring that System C is a recognised and trusted brand in its chosen markets and one that is synonymous with making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals across events, content, customer communications, and creative.
  • Event Management: Oversee the events strategy including tradeshows and our company-wide user conference, ensuring they align with company objectives and deliver a high-quality brand experience.
  • Content Creation: Guide the development of engaging and relevant content, working with key stakeholders to continuously develop the content plan to increase our share of voice in health and social care markets.
  • Customer Communications: Ensure consistent and effective communication with customers, building on our key channels and ultimately developing customer advocates.
  • Digital Footprint: Lead our digital strategy, consolidating efforts across our website and social media channels.
  • Creative: Ensure all creative materials reflect the brand’s identity and values.

Your skills and experiences include:

  • An inspired leader who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty, with experience of building and developing individuals.
  • A desire to work both at a strategic level and tactically on projects and campaigns.
  • Experience of executing a communications strategy.
  • Experience in planning and executing complex event plans.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
