Background:

System C is the UK’s leading health and social care software and services company. Our easy-to-use IT platforms provide a complete view of the individual across all care settings, helping integrate services and improve care. We are a British company with over 35 years’ experience.

Working as part of a small team, the Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administration support to some of the senior management team, including diary management, travel, expenses and meeting preparation. In addition, they will be the main on-site administrative presence supporting the Oxford based team and will be expected to be on site in the Oxford office a minimum of three days a week.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage diaries and coordinate meetings.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for senior team members.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, and meeting materials.
  • Oversee expenses processing and assist with event organisation.
  • Help with the organisation of company events and conference.
  • Provide administrative support for time-sensitive projects.
  • Ensure the Oxford office is welcoming, organised, and operational
  • Acting as the lead Fire Warden for the office.
  • The estimated split of role is 85% PA and 15% Office Support

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a PA or similar role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
