As a Customer Service Representative (Associate Service Delivery Manager as we call it here at System C), you’ll be a vital part of our Service Delivery team, helping ensure our services consistently meet and exceed client expectations. Working under the guidance of senior managers, 8 successful candidates will be part of a 2-year training plan (with tiered salary increases) where you’ll gain hands-on experience managing a portfolio of clients, coordinating service improvements, and contributing to seamless service delivery along with tiered salary increases aligned to your learning.
