Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Social Care & Education sales team. You will be responsible for driving SaaS sales growth of our leading Social Care and Education software, working towards our mission to connect care and improve outcomes for individuals and communities. Operating within a defined geographical territory, you will manage existing local government customer accounts, maintain strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and negotiate commercial agreements to support the company’s strategic goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Achieve sales targets by managing a portfolio of existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. You’ll develop compelling proposals and support tender submissions, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
Account Management:
Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer needs are met and customer satisfaction remains high. Your role will be crucial in helping clients maximise the value of our products and services.
Collaboration and Engagement:
Work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Legal, and Operations Teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You’ll liaise with our partner companies to establish and nurture business relationships. Act as a brand ambassador and represent System C at various events, such as product launches, exhibitions, and conferences.
