System C, the UK’s leading provider of health and social care software, is looking for a skilled Project Manager (EPR) to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for improving healthcare services through innovative technology, this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage multiple projects within our EPR (Electronic Patient Record) suite, helping to transform how clinicians and patients interact.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of EPR projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and meeting client expectations. You will play a pivotal role in project planning, governance, resource management, and financial oversight, working collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the EPR portfolio, ensuring that all objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to governance frameworks, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Proactively manage project risks and issues, escalating concerns where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project priorities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
  • Track key project metrics and provide regular performance reports to leadership, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of best practices in project management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing complex healthcare IT projects, preferably within the EPR or related health systems.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a strong customer focus.
  • In-depth knowledge of project governance frameworks and best practices.
  • A proactive problem-solver, skilled in managing risks and resolving project issues efficiently.
