Our Application Support team directly support our customers with their Liquidlogic social care product suite and are responsible for investigating, analysing and resolving issues they may face. As a role, Application Support is a unique blend of technical and customer facing building out both areas of the successful candidate’s experience.  

We’re looking for 4 entry-level candidates to join the programme which will offer some great career benefits:

  • Defined milestones for your personal progression linked to salary reviews every 6 months for the first 2 years.

To be considered, you’ll need to be able to demonstrate good communication skills and a keen technical interest.  

Whilst full training will be provided, skills / experience within the following areas would be beneficial:  

  • Customer Service
  • General IT skills
  • Programming / SQL Experience
  • Jira / Confluence knowledge

The process:  

  • Every candidate application will be reviewed by a human.
  • The best matched candidates will be invited to complete a short online assessment.
  • Successful candidates will be invited to an interview day where you’ll get to meet the team and learn more about the role and the business.
  • Interview days scheduled for the 17th and 18th of March.
  • Planned first day 7th April.
