Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for healthcare technology? Join System C, the UK’s leading provider of health and social care software, as we transform healthcare delivery with innovative IT platforms. We’re seeking a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects within our Badgernet product portfolio, which includes critical modules such as maternity, neonatal, paediatrics, and more.

As a key member of our Professional Services team, you’ll manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and meet client expectations. You’ll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers, managing resources, timelines, risks, and financials to ensure a smooth project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Badgernet portfolio, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project status and resolving any challenges that arise.
  • Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking revenue, ensuring cost-effective delivery strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in project execution.
  • Support the development of junior project managers and contribute to refining best practices and tools for project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience managing projects within healthcare or IT sectors.
  • Strong financial acumen with a focus on budget management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Experience with project management tools and governance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with different departments.
