This integrated approach makes us a trusted partner and a standout in our field.

We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic HR Operations Associate to join our friendly and collaborative People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in HR, offering real responsibility from day one and the chance to grow your skills across a wide range of HR functions.

You’ll help ensure smooth HR operations and deliver first-class support to colleagues across the business, maintaining accurate employee data and helping to develop efficient, people-focused processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to HR queries via Jira in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Maintain employee data and process changes in Workday.
  • Prepare documentation for joiners, leavers, and role changes.

  • Support the HR team on projects and continuous improvement work.
  • Configure and test Workday processes and reports.
  • Support with HR audits and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with employee relations admin, including minutes and scheduling.
  • Conduct exit interviews and capture feedback.
  • Provide general admin support to the HR team.

What we’re looking for:

  • Interest in starting a career in HR.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • A proactive, can-do approach.
  • Clear communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
  • A keen interest in the systems and process side of HR, with a passion for improving efficiencies and ensuring smooth operations.

If you’re passionate about people, process, and purpose, and want to make a difference in a values-led organisation, we’d love to hear from you.

At System C, we prioritise transparency in our job requirements and selection criteria, ensuring they are based solely on the essentials needed for effective job performance. We consciously avoid assumptions that could skew our perception of a candidate’s suitability for hire.

Our recruitment practices are designed to ensure that no applicant is unfairly disadvantaged by procedures or requirements that disproportionately affect protected groups without being essential for the job.

For every position, we develop a detailed job description and person specification. This approach maintains our focus on the true demands of the role and the skills, experience, and qualifications necessary. During interviews, we involve multiple interviewers where possible to further mitigate unintentional bias, thereby promoting a fair and equitable hiring process.
