As the Development Lead of the Children’s team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Children’s case management application. You'll lead and mentor a talented team of software engineers in the ongoing development of products that make a real difference to our Local Government customers. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from task readiness to release, ensuring our applications are robust, scalable, and secure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, testers and architects, to bring creative ideas to life and deliver high-quality products on time. Additionally, you'll stay at the forefront of technology trends, incorporating the latest advancements to continually improve our development processes.
