Role Outline
Are you a recent graduate, returning to work after a career break, or looking to pivot into a new career in tech and product management? This entry-level Junior Product Owner role, known internally as Associate Product Owner role, is designed to support individuals from diverse backgrounds as they begin their journey into product ownership.
You’ll join a structured development programme that combines hands-on experience, formal training, and mentorship. Over two years, you’ll build the skills and confidence to lead product activities and contribute to the delivery of impactful software solutions in the health and social care sector.

Development & Progression This role includes a comprehensive onboarding and development plan, with training modules, workshops, and mentorship designed to support your growth into a fully autonomous Product Owner. Performance will be measured through KPIs related to knowledge acquisition, skill development, leadership, and innovation.
We will be holding an assessment day for this role on the 5th August in our Leeds office.
