Our in-house talent team will review your details thoroughly and where there’s a match, they’ll be in touch to learn a little more about you and assuming there’s a good match, they’ll explain the process further to you.
Candidates who have the right skills match to the position are then invited to take our online assessment. It’s an online multiple-choice assessment that you have 15 mins to complete.
Depending on the role and the level of the position this may be multiple interview stages where our Hiring Managers will look into the skills fit more deeply and learn more about how we might work together. Your talent partner will make sure you are aware of the process and who you will be meeting. Interviews are a two-way street and we will be looking for you to be learning about us also.
At this point, we’ve both learned about one another, and we’ll officially extend an offer to the candidate that best matches the role.
